Marvellous and incredible location so close to everything and easy access to a market and outlet stores. And a 10-minute walk from a Roman monumental column.

Clean place & caring staff. Decent sized & elegant room with a balcony. Great food for breakfast at the restaurant. Unbeatable and excellent location for my purposes.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Fantastic and amazing location very near to all the main sightseeing locations, met standard. Moreover, a Holy mosque was not too far from the place. Our room had a comfy bed and a nice view. The bathroom was clean, with a shower, a hairdryer, and robes.

Some of the staff were absolutely rude.

I booked twin room with a Jacuzzi, nice view and a good isolation which turned out to be a new-fashioned room.

The hotel had a great position, close to many attractions. Got a twin room when arrived, appreciated that.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel as it has a great location in old town area. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, soundproofed made it perfect for us. The hotel offered room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, tours/ticket assistance, and a doctor on call. There was a wide range of amenities in the room such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, sitting area. The restaurant offered dinner, and the bar/lounge area was great for winding down after a busy day.

The only downside to this place is that it is not really geared towards families, but overall we found it well-suited us as a couple. We really enjoyed the location which had plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as being a two-minute walk from the tram stop.

Nothing too much trouble, overall well presented and wonderful place.

The hotel was wonderful with pleasant views and a favourable location very close to the center. Location: the venue was short walk to markets, restaurants and cafes, touristic sites in Istanbul, and tram Station. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Sehzade Cag Kebap that was only 5 minutes' walk away

The hotel's location was very central, to the airport upon check out. The staff helped us with baggage.
